I was looking for good vitamin C for my 3 years old son, so I could use it if he gets sick. This one should work: I plan to reduce dose to 250 mg and it's good to go. It's a good size as for a kid and will last longer. Vitamin C is essential for immunity support and as antioxidant.

I was always sick with immune issues for over 30 years. Then I started getting teeth and gum issues. I read this is so good for everything I listed above. It is thick and sweet tasting. I decided to put it in my smoothie. I do notice a difference taking it with my gums. Vit c is so important and I trust Dr. Amen to give a great vit c. I bought others before but I will be buying this one monthly for my teeth and gums and brain. It is expensive but so is wasting your money on poor quality vit c. Updated review- my teeth and gums don't hurt as much. I finished one bottle. Bought again. My teeth and gums have bothered me for many years and my dentist said they are fine. The gums are receding etc but no disease. I do have 2 viruses that I manage and DrAmen commented on vit c to manage viruses and keep them weak. We are very low in vit c. I will always buy this. It tastes good too.

I take it every day and it helps with my immune system and cognitive function! It took about 10 days of taking it religiously but the benefits I felt have amazed me! I feel stronger and I don't get my grandchildren's illnesses that come from school and after school activities!! Thank you!!

I was feeling not well in my head and some places in my body unknown pain which I believe it's infections or fungil so I decided to look for vitamin c that crosses the brain barrier so can my brain fight back because rarley or just few materials are allowed to.. I found this I wanted to try it.. Just from first use I feel it have been absorbed well and my body started to make good reaction after I can't describe the feeling especially in my brain I fail my brain has absorbed it or some of it. . I just took one time and I'm welling to use it everyday until it ends and see the results.

I love this product! I've been taking it consistently for 2 months now. All my coworkers have gotten sick but I upped my dosage to twice a day during that time and haven't gotten ill. Which I'm usually the first to get sick. It also tastes good too! Can't recommend this product enough!

Great way to let small kids and children to take their daily dose of vitamin C. Decent quality vitamin C product.

The vit C is ok, I guess. But it‘s way too sweet (even for my 5 year old) and I don‘t like it comes in a plastic bottle.
