Ordered this supplement after it was recommended for me by doing the brain test on Dr Amens website. I have found it to be so helpful with general anxiety and wellbeing and life just seams a bit easier to handle. The capsules are easy to swallow and the size of the bottle is great with 180 quality capsules lasting me a long time. At this point just taking 2 capsules a day seams adequate. Very happy that I ordered these clean ingredients and I plan to purchase more from this brand for myself and my family.

This supplement was recommended after taking Dr. Amen's website. So far, it's been a bit of a challenge to take 4 capsules per day to get enough dosage to get the benefit.

I think this is a quality product but I struggled to remember the second dose and over a week of taking 2 in the morning, I didn't feel much change in mood and feel maybe I needed something different. I take L- Theanine and immediately notice the difference when I don't take it. I was expecting to notice a difference, but this maybe just not be right for me.
