BrainMD PMS Relief+, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I've suffered from severe menstrual cramps for 4 years, and let me tell you. . . this is THE ONLY supplement that makes a noticeable difference to my pain. Without it, I have to take 200 - 600mg of ibuprofen, but as long as I'm taking these, I don't have to take anything at all. The cramps are still noticeable, but so significantly reduced that I don't need pain killers or can get away with a hot water bottle. I know they're doing the heavy lifting (and not the other supplements I take) because a few month ago, I ran out our PMS Relief capsules, and my cramps came back immediately. My cycle has always been longer than the “normal” 28 days, and after taking this I've not only noticed fewer cramps but a more regular cycle! I've ran out before and definitely noticed a more uncomfortable cycle vs taking the supplement.

I just ordered the PMS relief supplements and was able to take them about 2 weeks before my next period. I noticed drastic change for the best. I wasn't moody, my skin didn't break out as much and while on my period I forgot at times it was that time of the month. I am so happy I ordered these. It will only get better from here.

I don't have anything bad to say about this product. I have struggled with 28 years dealing with the side effects of PCOS and the aftermath of being on a birth control pill that gave me bad side effects. I don't feel on edge all the time and I don't feel very emotional. I can actually laugh and feel happy. I don't feel the awful pain when it comes to that time of the month.
