BrainMD ProBrainBiotics, 60 Capsules

I've been using this product for perhaps six or eight months now and I'm very pleased with it. I am glad that iHerb carries BrainMD products. I find I am overall happier and feel more healthy when I take a quality probiotic formula, and this one works for me.

I have never experienced such an instantaneous beneficial effect ! After only two days my Reflux of 25 years is gone, my sleep need has reduced ( I was sleeping 10 hours and still waking up tired ) and overall feel more awake without the brain fog. I've had 3 bouts of pneumonia in the last year and was unable to enjoy the garden. Still coughing after taking antibiotics…. cough is now gone. This is my personal experience but it may be of help to others !

You've probably read that your immunity and mental health are greatly dependent on a healthy gut microbiome, but what about when you have to have a colonoscopy? Your gut health is considered your other brain. If all is well in your gut, you are less likely to have any other physical issues. You need to be consistent.
