BrainMD Probrainbiotics Max, 30 Billion CFU, 30 Capsules

Use it for couple of months and my mood is better. As I read gut has strong connection with brain so keeping your gut with good probiotics is making healthier you in longer distance. Recommend it.

This is such a good quality probiotic. It's just unfortunate how much it costs. I don't know if it was worth the money.

Took advantage of these being a great price and most impressed thus far with the efficacy/ingredients. Have major gut intestinal issues presently and feel these are helping as they have higher dose than usual for a standard probiotic. Would buy again if at the right price~

On my second box now. This is by far the most potent probiotics compared to PS128 from Taiwan, Dr Axe's SBO, Thorne Sacro B. Feels a noticeable difference with my mood (Depression Anxiety). Though I am still constipated and bloated from Gut Dysbiosis. Done nothing much for my immune system so far. Still feels sore throat, feverish at time despite this, Elderberry, Zinc and multi vit. All in all, no complain besides the price. Increase by a few dollar SGD when I got my second box.

It was good quality but expiry was really near hence wasnt able to use the product properly

Did not notice any difference on this. But it may help others. Probiotics are very individual.
