I bought this item as a quiet option for my kids to play with during dinners out on vacation. It seems well built and definitely holds their attention. My 8 year old can do some of the puzzles, and my 11 year old is also challenged by some of the harder ones.
I love puzzles of all kinds! They exercise the brain, get your mind off your troubles and clear your head, and stretch your synapses! This puzzle comes with a booklet of various challenges, beginner and advanced, and gives solutions for the challenges afterward in case you get stuck. I look forward to spending time on many of these.
My family loves puzzles. This is something we all can challenge ourselves with. I haven't opened it yet since I want to do that with my grandkids. The colors are vibrant and I like the design and concept. 80 puzzles and 4 levels of difficulty will give everyone a challenge.
I really like the challenge this puzzle gives. It also helps my fingers stay limber and my brain to focus. It should be kept out of reach of little ones because it could be pulled apart and the pieces are small. It does come with a zip lock bag to keep the puzzle and book together. I would recommend if you like puzzles.
Brainwright Flexi Puzzle Brainteaser is a great little puzzle. It is 12 small cubes all attached with an elastic string. The cubes are 12 different colors, so that you can rotate and move in any direction. An one player game rated for 8 year olds and up. A plastic zip lock style baggie is included for storage of the puzzle and booklet. It comes with a booklet with 80 challenges. The booklet does have the solutions in the back, but that would be cheating. The puzzle has four difficulty levels, beginner, advanced, expert and master. Each puzzle gets more difficult as you go. I have enjoyed solving each puzzle in order. I have made it to the last few challenges of experts. I am looking forward to the master challenges. I have only been working on the puzzle at doctor appointments, helping with the wait. Next appointment I will be in the master challenges. I think this puzzle toy would be great for children and cognitive learning. It would be a great travel toy as well.
My grandkids love this. I have to fight them for it! Great stress reliever. My grand daughter loves anything like this. My 5 year old grandson figured this out real quick! Do be careful if you have younger children. Pieces are small and a chocking hazard. Great little puzzle to have on hand if you're in a waiting room and no cell phones allowed.
This keeps hands busy on a trip...children from 5 to 65; we spent quite a bit of time trying to make shapes. It also occupied time while in a restaurant, instead of a tablet or phone. The 5-nearly-6-year-old made several shapes with me for about 30 minutes, then on to drawing on a whiteboard. Then electronics, than back to this. The just-turned-4-year-old is not quite ready for it, just a few stretches and she's done. So the age suggestion is correct.
This is a great way to pass time and have fun at The same time. It comes with a booklet of 30 puzzles, with directions The puzzle pieces are flexible and there are so many different Ways to move the pieces. I gave it a 4 only because I Am not real sure of how sturdy the pieces are held together. It is fun to play with.
I got this to take to Thanksgiving Family Gathering this year.....for the adults! I can't wait! I gave it to my son (in his 30's) to give it a go and he really liked it. I'm not sure who will advance the most out of the group, but I am pretty sure it will not be me! hahaha For an elastic string and 12 cubes it is entertaining and can get complicated. I am surprised and very pleased with it. It might have to travel to all our gatherings for a long while!
I got this game and then got Covid the next day so I have not tried to use it as thoroughly as maybe I would under normal circumstances. It seems quite confusing to me. It might be because I am 69 years old. I let my daughter try it and she is 42 and she says it is just OK but not addictive. It did not hold her interest at all.
