The Brami Spaghetti High Protein Pasta doesn't just sit on your plate—it struts onto it. With 21 grams of protein, this Italian-made marvel redefines what healthy eating can taste like. It's firm, flavorful, and shockingly close to the real deal—proof that fitness food doesn't have to feel like punishment. Each strand cooks to a perfect al dente, holding sauces like a champ while delivering that satisfying chew you crave. Low-carb? High-fiber? Sure—but you'll forget all that once you take a bite and realize: this pasta slaps. It's Italy's answer to the gym bro's dream—delicious, clean, and unapologetically strong. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — “Gains never tasted so gourmet.”
I try and eat healthy and when I looked it up, this is what I found....... Brami Pasta is gaining attention for its impressive nutritional profile, boasting a rich source of protein and fiber, which can contribute to a balanced diet. Brami Pasta offers a unique alternative that may help with weight management and sustained energy levels. Additionally, its low glycemic index makes it an appealing choice for those monitoring their blood sugar levels.
These were a great hit at the family dinner. Grandkids can be picky but they loved them! Cooked nicely. No sticking together. Texture was perfect. Paired well with my homemade spaghetti sauce. I also didn't feel the normal bloat after eating pasta.
These are Very Very Good! The texture tastes a bit thicker than the standard spaghetti noodle but is very filling and much healthier. Would definitely recommend.
Flavor is good. Cooks fairly quickly as well. The only thing is it has a little bit of a rough texture. Hopefully it will be easier on my Blood Glucose than regular American pasta. I have read information from other people who have said European grown wheat products such as pasta do not affect their blood sugar like American wheat products. Personally Im thinking that be because most foods here are GMO and in Europe they do not really allow things that are GMO nor do they allow all of the chemicals or dyes.
Very good to me! My husband is picky about his pasta and doesn't like when I switch it up. We both want more protein in our diet, so I thought this would be a good switch. I let him eat it without letting him know it wasn't our normal pasta, and he couldn't even tell a difference after I pointed it out. We really like it and will buy more!
My no recommendation is based my dislike for the grainy texture. But others may recommend it. If high protein is more important to you than the texture, then perhaps you would really like this product For me, the problem is the texture: very grainy. My hunch is that could be adjusted in the manufacturing product, but I totally understand that doing something like that could likely be cost prohibitive. If texture isn't a barrier for you or even if you like a grainy texture, then this product would be a great choice for you to up your plant based protein in a healthy diet.
I tried Brami penne and loved it, so I bought the spaghetti. The first time I tried it, I got terrible stomach issues after eating and thought it was the pasta sauce I had used since I had other Brami products and had no issues. I made a different dish recently with the spaghetti and got sick again, only much worse the second time. Terrible stomach cramps, vomiting, and other gastrointestinal problems. I don't know if it's just the one box I had or why the spaghetti would give me issues but the penne didn't. Regardless, I can't recommend this product to anyone because I don't want anyone to experience the painful stomach issues I did.
I've bought this brand for over a year. Multiple packages a week. It has been my favorite and a staple in many different recipes and meals. Something has changed. The taste and texture have both plummeted. The last 3 boxes I've tried looked normal, but ended up tasting like cardboard and smelled like dog food. Completely ruined multiple meals.
We tried these because of the ingredient and protein.. I am so very confused about all of the high reviews for these noodles! In a word, these were awful. The flavor was rather off-putting.. the color was yellow, which was also a bit distracting when eating them. The texture, though... ugh. Gross. It was like they were disintegrating as they cooked... unfortunately, there isn't a single positive thing that I can say about these noodles. Additionally, though this is unrelated to the noodle, these were not carried in the store so they had to be shipped... my experience was similar to others' - WHY do the shippers put these in the brown paper bag-like shipping container? The box for the noodles is thin and does not protect the noodles during shipping.. they arrived flat, mostly broken and were spilling out of the destroyed box inside the shipping bag... no logic to it. I will never again consider purchasing this brand.
