This shaver head replacement had been difficult for my husband to find in stores, since it was an older razor. I looked online and found it at Walmart.com. They had exactly what I was looking for. It only took a couple of days for it to arrive, and my husband was happy to get it.

This shaver head seems worse than previous ones I've had. It tends to pull alot of hairs, and I have to go over many areas many times just to get a decent shave. I don't know what changed, but it's not good.

I just received the shaver head, that shaver head just like used, two holds in the head, inside looks dirty. That's such disgusting. Poor quality! Like used product and repackaged then send to the customer! I have to return it!

I got the wrong series Braun shaver head because I order a series 7 and I got a series 5 used not new like the one I order and send 2 email to seller and they won't answer back

The item is missing parts and not usable. There isn't a “return” option on the Walmart app. After contacting the Seller, they said we need to go the return through the App and that we need to figure it out with Walmart customer service, no response from them yet. So we will never order from this Seller again. Hopefully we can get a refund or replacement.

It was not original Braun shaver head as picture obviously indicated. I'm not a fan of bait and switch

I highly doubt the description as being original Braun. It is terrible at cutting and left my face raw and even bleeding in a few areas where it pulled out whiskers. It does not even look the same inside as the one I was replacing. Complete garbage and a waste of money.

Beware, this replacement shaver head is not the same quality as the original even though the packaging and “made in Germany” is exactly the same as OEM. It pulls hairs, misses hair and does not snap on %26 off like the original. Feels and looks cheap.

Very disappointed. Ive been using this same Braun electric razor for several years, and this is the 3rd or 4th replacement head I've used. I used it for the first time this morning and it took more than twice as long to shave. It just wasn't cutting my hair. By the time i finished my face and neck were very irritated from having to go over the same areas so many extra times. I will out the old blade back on because it works better than this brand new one.
