This is excellent if you have ticklish little ones like me. My kids never get sick, so I've never invested in a "good" thermometer, but this sickness has lasted longer than usual and taking their axillary temp multiple times a day as they squirm was getting frustrating for us all. This thing has been a life saver and spot on every time. If you don't turn it off between each temp, it gives you the same reading, so make sure you turn it off and back on, wait for it to reset to 0.0 and you'll get an accurate reading every time.

This was so great!! I have 4 kids and cannot believe I'm just now getting one of these! It's so easy to use from my 8 year old all the way down to my 6 month old.

This is the first thermometer that actually worked for me. It actually tells the actual temperature instead of Celsius so far so good I would recommend this.

The product was incredibly easy to use. The accuracy of the temperature was great. It was also fast and it was gentle to use. My little one was fascinated by it. He even took my temperature and smiled up at me. I would strongly recommend this purchase.

it's convenient for little kids but can give inaccurate readings! I don't know that I fully trust it. I personally prefer the traditional way!

Does not read well, cannot keep battery in keeps falling out. Temperature changes from 1 minute to the next. Not worth the cost

I usually love Braun products, but this one is a total miss. Do not waste your time or money with this. I used this just as instructed , and the readings were wildly inaccurate for the week that we had this thermometer. One of my children felt warm, so I took his temp and it came back as 102, immediately took it again to be sure and it then came up as 99. Was puzzled so I took it a third time and it read as 98. Tested it on my other children as well as myself following this and it was just throwing out completely random numbers between 98-100 despite the rest of us not having any fevers. Returned this for a braun ear thermometer and was very pleased with the consistency and accuracy of that. Save yourself the worry and just go with the ear thermometer, it's so much more reliable and accurate.
