Taste good!
Surprised by the taste, very mild and rich. I feel calmer but BP numbers haven't moved much. Will continue to drink, I'm a tea drinker🙃

Smooth and relaxing tea
I bought a box for myself and for my sister. We both enjoy the tea. She steeps it very strong in the morning and then adds to water and sips on it through the day. I like that they are individually wrapped.

i took this as directed on the package. took it to work and sipped til it was gone. My blood pressure was lower than its been without medication.Gonna keep using for a while. trying to get off blood pressure meds. Im in the right place with this and blood pressure healthy diet %26 exercise.
