i won't give a one atar review for it never being delivered - i was refunded. i love the ability to NOT waste papertowels bc i only need a half sheet. this is pretty much the only brand i use

Best Paper Towels!
Nice and thick. These hold up w/ most any mess. Tears into quarters which I LOVE!! So much less waste on paper towels. And leaves none of that awful lint behind. Well worth the extra cost over generic paper towels. And no other name brand sells the 1/4 sheets.

My favorite paper towels!
These tear a square towels are fantastic! Because I take only what I need for my task, I not only reduce waste but my towel rolls last a LONG time. I used to tear pieces off a half towel then have the remaining towel clutter until I used that last bit. I am a big fan of

Not Given Full Information By Clerk
When I went to pick up my order, I was told there were no substitutions and everything was there. It turned out a key ingredient for my dinner was not available and I was not informed. I went to start preparing dinner, and I just discovered I don't have that ingredient. Regardless of what the app tells me, I may not always see the full order before I pick it up. I also need to be told when I ask, "Is everthing there?" to get the answer, "No, these were not available".
