great value, smells so nice
First, I ordered this on a Sunday afternoon and rec'd on Tuesday morning, ahead of schedule. This product really softens and defrizzes between keratin treatments and smells great. It's also a great value as 3.4oz bottle is about $30.

The product is fine. The description is misleading. They sent me 3.4 ounce instead of 12 ounce and I still haven't gotten refunded.

Appears to be fake product
This does not appear to be the real product. The real product separates and there is a solid white milky color at the bottom. This product does not have that. It's watered down a lot or something else entirely. Also, I've ordered this before and it never came with the top taped shut.

I think this product is FAKE! I received it in May and put it in the cabinet until my open bottle was finished, I just took it out and the color of the product is clear and yet all my other bottles the product was like milk color.
