My hair is very frizzy and unruly. I received this product a few days ago and tried it. My hair came out so soft and silky smooth. I ordered this product with step 1 and step 3 in December and for some reason i didn't receive the products. When I contacted the seller, he seemed not to believe me and ignored me, but eventually he decided to send me a replacement bottle for step 2 only, which is the main product. I'm just happy that this seller is making this product available to us, so for that thank you seller! As for the product, it's amazing! It's beyond what i expected! Makes the hair so beautiful and healthy. I highly recommend it. I didn't take a star from the seller for ignoring me honest request because the price is good and the fact that they are making this product available to us ladies with unmanageable hair.

I bought Brazillian blowout step 2 for my friend who is hairdresser.But all serial number on the bottom of products were scratch. The reason why my friend didnt get those products. I paid around $1700. That company named Undeniable Beauty is really swindler.l returned all products l purchased.They said that they would return my money. It took 2 months. But they didn't. Both my money and the products l bought were taken. Stay away from this company.

The pump is broken and the product spills everywhere. This will shorten the product's shelf life tremendously. I will post an update based on how the seller handles the situation. It's a $300 product. It should have been packaged more carefully.
