The product came as described. At first I was bummed that it wasn't going to be delivered on the date it estimated but the seller, ended up getting out as quickly as possible and it arrived in just a few days. I appreciated that!

The product arrived as an open bottle
This product arrived as an open bottle with 1/4 of the solution missing. It was not sealed and I done feel comfortable using a product that arrived OPEN!!

It burned my skull, after 5 washes it still burns my skull!!!! IT HAS CHEMICAL IT CAN CAUSE CANCER!!!! am freaking out!
