I love this book so much! I bought it years ago and wore it out and had to buy it again. So many great recipes. I use the flour tortilla and flat bread recipes on repeat.

Excellent cookbook
Teenage daughter received this for Christmas. She bakes bread from it weekly and all recipes have turned out good so far. The explanations are clear and it is easy to follow. Very pleased with this cookbook.
