Breakstone's Small Curd Cottage Cheese with 4% Milkfat, 24 oz Tub

Breakstone's cottage cheese is hands down the best quality and well worth the additional price. It is very thick with dense cords and not soupy and puffed up with air like the competitors brand is p!us the taste and mouth feel is much better too. Since learning it is a very LOW CHOLESTEROL CHEESE with 12 grams of protein per half cup I am now eating it for breakfast or even lunch a few times a week. This one is so good and thick that I don't hesitate to use when making Lasagna if I forget to buy Ricotta cheese.

The Breakstones 4% Cottage Cheese tastes so much better than low fat or fat free. Low fat tastes like wasted time. If you think that lowfat is better it's not. You can add 4% to Macaroni and Cheese and it bakes in and makes it taste better. The fat is important for taste and creamy texture. If you think it shouldnt make a difference from 4% to 1% or No percet as in No fat..... I someone said they were giving you 4% of 100,000 dollars you would have 4000 dollars. If the said 1% you would get 1000 dollars or less if it was low fat or no fat.

Breakstone's Small Curd Cottage Cheese with 4% Milkfat, 24 oz Tub was reasonably priced for the size. It has a great taste to it, IF you like Cottage Cheese. I love only SMALL CURD and sometimes it is hard to find. I enjoy cottage cheese the most with fruit on top, preferably peaches or pineapple. Also, I don't do low fat anything. It must be the 4% Milkfat.

It's my second favorite cottage cheese but I can't find Friendship whipped anymore which would get all 5 stars, though it might be expensive. I'm picky about cottage cheese. It's a little tangy. Also it's always been a bit inconsistent in flavor and texture. It gets a little watery after it's been opened.

I love breakstone brand for everything. It's the childhood memories of breakstone butter that brings me back to my childhood with my grandmother. N bc of that childhood connection I hear towards breakstone bc it has a richer deeper flavor of dairy like it should taste. That goes for all their products. I love them.

I used to buy the great value brand until i read the ingredients. There shouldn't be anything other than milk, cream, %26 salt. Thats all there is in this. Perfect.

Guess they've changed something about this product. Its so mushy now, creamy but not curds. I won't buy this brand anymore. I grew up w this and disappointing now the way its made and tastes now. Its just wet, mushy not like it always was when texture wasnt so mushy.

I picked this up on a pickup order February 10. I ordered two of these. Expiration date on the bottom says February 02 on one and Jan 21 on the other!!!. Has a sour taste. This is ridiculous. Pickup hasn't been going that well lately. This isn't the first problem I've had.

Walmart and all their employees especially the ones they pay to do deliveries they're all incompetent useless. I need to at least learn how to speak to English language. I have now canceled my Walmart plus subscription and I will never purchase for it again I'd rather take the 20 minute drive to Costco here out.

I dis not care for this cottage cheese at all.. The texture was fine. The curds were not dry, and the whey was not runny. However, the flavor was sweet and unfamiliar. I was very disappointed after one taste and did not consume the rest.
