to side sleep after breast surgery its great
this is great and not many out there. due to breast surgery I'm to sleep on my back , but it's hard for me. side sleeping with the middle piece helps keep the breasts apart and not hang. this should prevent stitches from splitting. it's soft and well made and decent price.

TOO SMALL for breasts, read my review information.
The massage breast pillow is TINY. Don't buy it you're larger than an A cup.
