Upgrade your breathing
These make a world of difference. The lift they provide allows air through the nose, and helps avoid the dry-mouth that comes with night-time mouth breathing. They provide a better night's sleep.

I've been using these for years. Will continue.
Tried many different brands. These have the best adhesive. Stay on all night. Even though he adhesive is good, they are easy to remove. Because of an injury, I have trouble breathing when laying down. These strips help so much!

Good product, too expensive compared to similar.
I've used these for a long time and they do help me breathe better overnight and improve sleep. Unfortunately, the Large Clear version of the product which I prefer is always priced dramatically higher than other versions of Breathe Right strips, sometimes more than twice a much. Its hard to understand.

Helpful product
So far, I dont know if theyre actually stopping me from snoring, but I definitely feel more rested. I will continue using them at least for the much-improved sleep.

Incorrect order.
All three packages of Bfreathe Right are the incorrect size. Instead of small-medium, I was sent large which I cannot use
