I have used Breathe Right Extra Strength Nasal Strips for many years, and was quite pleased when I found them at Sam's. The price is almost the same as I was paying in a pharmacy, yet the amount of strips was a little less than double the quantity from the pharmacy. The quality is the same! I am very happy breathing easier and saving money too!

These strips are great. I have tried the other varieties of Breathe Right strips and they come loose during the night. This is the only one that stays put. I peel it very slowly in the morning and it does not take my skin off. Also, for the person who had an issue with this, he/she could soak it with warm water and then it will come off easier also. I would never be able to sleep without these strips. My nose stays pretty clear in the daytime, but at night lying down, it stops up quickly.

I have using Breathe Rite for several years. They really are a big help for breathing more easily at night. Buying at Sams helps keep the cost down.

You can buy these nasal strips anywhere but you'll pay aprox twice as much then you would at Sam's. Even with shipping costs it is the best deal.

I love Breathe Right Medium Size, but these Extra large strips are harsh on my skin. I'm using them, but they are just too big. I wish Sam's Club would bring back the regular size ones. All they have right now are Extra and Advanced which are both too large. To cut the expense, I wash them in warm running water rubbing with liquid hand soap, rinse and let dry. The adhesive is less harsh on the second and third nights.

These strips do a better job of opening your nasal passage but after using them for several nights they began to remove the skin on my nose so I had to discontinue use.
