I've been using Breathe Right strips for years
I've been using Breathe Right strips for years. I tried a few other brands some time back but never found anything I like better, that fits better, and that really work like these. I use them every night for sleeping because they open my nostrils for easier air flow. I didn't get these for snoring although they might work for some people for that purpose. The adhesive is strong enough so they stay on all night but come off without much discomfort in the morning. My skin is a bit oily so I always wash my face first before installing as otherwise they wouldn't get a decent grip. Great invention and the product quality remains high, with no changes which is great. Don't mess with a good thing!
