Very good Thermometor i love it
I like that I can just point it at myself, pull the trigger and I have my temperature. No more waiting 3 minutes. I found that I got a more accurate temp when I point it where the bottom of my neck and body meet.
I have been using this product at work to take temperatures of all employees and people walking in. It is very user friendly. Accurate and functional for the times we live in.
Item was shipped expeditiously during the shutdown - only 5 or 6 days from order to receipt. We had been using oral thermometers to take our temperature twice daily - and then sterilizing after each use. This is so handy to simply point and shoot - no trouble.
Keeping our families safe is probably something we're all thinking about a lot more right now. The ease of this thermometer gives us some comfort during these trying times. Fever and chills are at the top of the list for COVID19 symptoms and at the rate places of work and hospitals are taking temperatures it just made sense to get one for home. This thermometer seems to be much more reliable than the older oral thermometers and it's just so much easier to use. If you've ever had your kids work with an oral thermometer, you know that can be more than a hassle. The non-contact instant reading is definitely the biggest advantage. As others have stated, it is very lightweight which makes it feel a little cheap, but it does exactly what it's supposed to and that's taking quick reads of every family member. I suppose the lightweight design could be ideal for those traveling with it. I love that it uses just a couple AAA batteries. No more harder to find (and expensive) button batteries. I didn't have any issues with the battery compartment opening or closing and didn't have to calibrate out of box. Just needed to switch it over from C to F. Overall, I'm pleased with this thermometer and the infrared/non-contact aspect has made life for my kids and I so much easier. I wouldn't want to use a oral thermometer daily and my kids are grateful they no longer have to.
Doesn't come with batteries
I was sent used merchandise it was Scratched Up and dirty
This is a cheaply made, badly designed device that seems to read several degrees low and cannot be calibrated in any way. The instructions are nearly indecipherable and badly translated from some language other than English it appears. Too costly at half the price and took AGES to arrive.
Totally disappointed in this product. It was late arriving and we were in the worst part of Covid but it was not "calibrated" or whatever and we could not get to work properly. It lays unused on a nightstand. Don't waste your money!!
Not worth the money. Way too expensive. Expected to get accurate readings...which it doesnt't seem to give. Not happy with the product.
