It's great!!! It should save on energy, just remember to top it off every night or early morning and we have hot water for the rest of the day… otherwise we're boiling the kettle multiple times a day. Depends on our need for hot (close to boiling water).

I love this thing! I'm drunk a lot of tea. Flicking the kettle many times a day then wandering off and getting distracted then having to reboil it. Now I fill it once a day and instant hot water when ever I want it. No waiting and i don't notice it constantly kicking on to reheat the water so it keeps it good all day. If the temp drops it tells you and you then have the option to select a higher temp. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I hope it lasts a long time

Instructions are not clear enough. I plugged it in, filled it with water and it came to a boil. I emptied it out and refilled again. I tried following what the instructions were to change the temp, but it doesn't do anything other than the 3 temps in yellow...am unable to change the boiling and temp declining side. I have no idea if I did it right. Hopefully I will figure it out someday! Water is nice and hot! Made a cup of tea and there was no white foam on top at all! Success!

I used this for a week now and love it especially now in winter time that I can always have warm water to drink. Stylish, good size. Sufficient features(3 temperatures, different ways of water dispensing). Only wish it had a power ON/Off button as well. But I add a ON/ Off switch to have the flexibility.

Very much happy with this purchase! Hot water is now very accessible anytime and we don't have to wait. With its slick look and affordable price, I definitely recommend this product.

A very efficient delivery of your product, which I needed in a hurry. This dispenser boils water in a short time so it is really good for the money. Reboil feature comes in handy too.

Great price compared to name brands. Stainless Steel. Holds almost 4 L. Nice features like 3 ways to dispense (power, manual, auto-sensing). Has all the essential features needed to boil and dispense water. Black and SS. No other choice of colors. No digital temperature display. No magnetic or retractable power plug. May be low on insulation as outside walls heat up during boiling. A typical HW dispenser lasts about 5 years for me. Would be interesting comparison.
