need for a lighter pan
Items are too heavy for me to lift for washinG and cooking.

5 Uses and It Looks Horrible.
This is the first time in 50 years that I've had a frying pan look completely disastrous after just 5 uses! Can't clean the edge around the pan. I even used Brillo pad on the edges, didn't help. Wait, isn't this a 'frying' pan? It's not a 'Boiling' pan. I've used it five times to make... (wait for it)... Eggs, over easy. Now I hide it when company comes so they don't think I clean my pans. The non-stick? I use olive oil, and yeah, sometimes the eggs stuck. And when they are over-easy, you just know that 'sticking' means a broken yolk. I have a gas stove. I had a cheaper non-stick pan, I threw it out after two years because it was losing the non-stick. I thought I'd 'upgrade'. Going to 'down-grade ' for a pan that lasts and cleans up nicely.
