Vibration was excellent, intensity could be easily controlled. Even though it was meant for the use on the neck only, yet I was able to lower it to my thoracic area and get the same effect.

my husband has neck and back issues due to touring over seas in Iraq and Afghanistan. the part that connects both neck and back is the worst and he stated this has been by for the best relief on that one spot.

actually feels like someone is massaging your neck. Very deep massage so if your tender you must ease into it. price was right got it 50% off.. worth the pennies

it's not bad so far. the massage is pretty intense. I wouldn't use on lower back for too long. also can barely feel the heater

Way too small. This looks like it was meant for a child not an adult. Quality seems flimsy but didn't get to use couldn't fit.
