Bought it a week ago and have used it three or four times. It works even better than I expected. Compared to the personal one I used before, it's much more powerful. I've tried making fresh fruit juice and frozen fruit smoothies, and both turned out great. I was a bit worried when crushing ice, but the blades seem very sharp and durable.

Was looking to invest in a blender with a glass jar and this one definitely fits the bill. It is a large capacity and does a great job blending what you need. We typically use it for smoothies, but it has a nice cleaning function on it that heats up the water with detergent and has an 2 minute clean cycle. We have also used it to blend up a squash soup. My biggest complaint is there is no user manual that describes how to use all of the features - a few are: nut milk, porridge, steaming, juice, keep warm. The manual that came with it was very sparse in instructions. Overall, the heating base of the blender jar makes it very heavy (almost 6 lbs!) and you have to be very cautious about it around water so cleaning this larger bulky jar can be a bit of a challenge. It does have a clean function however you still have to be able to rinse it out and that can be difficult. There is not any way to add liquid without stopping your program. If you don't add enough liquid, you have to open the entire lid and start the program all over again.. the title says Soulgenix but the blender says Bluebow. If you know what you're getting then it's a great blender for the price! The fact that it does, a heating action adds lots of worth to its flexibility

The blender would not blend any ingredients. I started with frozen fruit and the first 5 to 7 seconds it would begin blending and then stop after it would get louder and sound as if it's overheating. I love the concept, but it just did not work at all for me and the glass jar is definitely a plus but it doesn't matter if you can't use the product.
