Didn't expect it to be messy. Milk. On the pipe always gets dry within seconds. Always a chore to clean. Ana what's with the coffee pod always full of water when you unscrew it to throw it out. But it's great coffee and pretty easy. Just hate the mess it makes which seems inevitable

i had an older model Breville and it was louder, so tgis ones better about that..just seems it is made more cheaply now..guess everything is. it is holding up to daily use, and very easy to set up and use to ill still say a good purchase.

Wanted an expresso machine that wouldn't take up too much counter space, so this is perfect. Easy to use and makes fantastic coffee.

We got this as a gift for a former coffee chain barista. They really liked the features and function of this model. For me, it's a little pricey for a coffee maker, but Walmart was the beat place to get it.

DONT BUY. I bought Enron stock and regret it less.
I bought this two years ago and it broke DIRECTLY AFTER my warranty ended. I cannot get a hold of customer service even after calling (the USA, Australia, and Canada), emailing, texting, commenting on the support site, DMing on twitter, and finally got an answer through calling the factory main line. You will waste money and will not get help if you have any issues.
