Breville BES870XL Barista Expr

I started my third wave coffee journey in pour over, Hario V60. I wasn't satisfied with a cousinart coffee grinder I bought because it was so loud. I ended up doing research for pour over and got a Comandante. Coffee was even better using a Comandante. Then I got sucked into espresso. Bought a flair 58 Pro but it took a lot of effort with a hand grinder. So i halted my espresso journey. Years later.. finally got an entry level espresso machine and I'm totally happy with the Breville Barista Express. Now I can finally appreciate how to dial in for espresso.

After using it for more than a month I am really happy with the purchase. I think the machine is very easy to handle and I am able to constantly make good espresso. It is a bit messy so you need to have access to running water to be able to clean up after using it. Overall, I am very happy with it.

Shipping box was beat up looks like previously opened.. Coffee grinder was not properly working no coffee coming down. Bottom tray full with the water Bottom tray full with water

This product has been returned. The product was not advertised as an "open box", but the box was open, torn, taped and totally beat up. Packing material was missing. Furthermore, the product did not work. This is the second Breville Espresso Maker that I have purchased (we love the first) and know how to set it up. This is an expensive unit and should be sold as advertised (NEW). VERY disappointed in the vendor who listed the product on the Walmart website. Expect a prompt refund.

They sent me (Breville "The Barista Express") used, all stained, dirty and with dents, it had coffee in the filter. What a disappointment when my wife opened the gift at Christmas, very bad😡

I ordered brand new machine from Walmart and paid full price. They send me used machine and they are coffee grinds everywhere. Very upset with my purchase

Shipped to incorrect address

I will never again be purchasing anything not sold and shipped by Walmart! The seller ElectroCell sent me a used machine. When i returned it, they said i sent them a different machine back, that the serial numbers were different. Now they are trying to tell me to send it back when i sent back what i received, which appeared to be a used machine from someone else. I am not the only one with these issues. They have tons of similar rivews.
