This unit appears to be built well and that is critical if you want it to last. The right grinding level and compression pressure for the coffee will take a few tries, but worth the outcome. I just wish it had a large water storage area, other than that very pleased so far.

Perfect for a small countertop coffee bar—sleek and affordable. I'm an avid espresso drinker but not ready to invest in a bigger machine. Love Breville products!

Good pull of espresso. Great steamer/frother! Fast delivery. I am still learning how to get the perfect mix of steamed milk and froth but I love the silver pitcher.

Makes real good espresso i like it

I have purchased as a house warming gift to my friends but they found the coffee not very hot and tasty. There is also too much unnecessary hassle with cleaning after each cup of coffee prepared. I am returning.

Improvement Needed on the turn bing Knob, I bought mine a year ago. The turning knob started crack 6month in, now it's completely break apart. It's not solid part, inside is empty. They should replace the knob with metal or solid plastic instead. Now I can't operate my machine, even though other parts still working.

it leaked and the where you load the coffee... so the water was everywhere but in your cup. I owned it for 2 hours and tried to get it to work. no luck. went straight back... 200 and some dollars of cheap machine. hope you have better luck with it.
