Makes a really nice coffee - flat white and cappuccino are my favourites. Iced coffee is also delicious. Easy to set up, operate and clean. Doesn't take up a huge amount of kitchen bench space so excellent for anyone living in an apartment or unit.
I like the Nespresso Vertuo Next Limited Edition Bundle as a machine. It's not too noisy, the size is perfect, and the design looks really beautiful in the kitchen without taking up too much space. The performance is very good, it makes a great crema, and overall it's easy to use. My main issue is more about the coffee itself. I'm becoming less of a fan of Nespresso because you're basically forced to buy only Nespresso capsules. Sometimes Starbucks makes Nespresso-compatible vertuo capsules, but other than that, you always have to buy Nespresso, and the cost for each capsule adds up quickly. The coffee is also quite strong, and I can't drink more than two cups a day without getting a headache. With bean-to-cup machines, I can enjoy two to three cups a day easily. So overall, the machine is great, but the Nespresso coffee and pricing could definitely be improved.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So tasty and easy to use. This espresso machine is great just plug in add a pod and water and start. Tasty get up and go engery in your hand in no time. It's everything you need to make it through the day.
I bought for my husband. He absolutely loves it. Keeps thanking me for getting it for him. Would buy again.
Came with a milk frother steamer Awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vertuo Next is awesome! The coolest aspect of this machine is how slick it looks in my kitchen. It's a gorgeous matte black with chrome accents. The machine itself is of the highest quality and weighs quite a bit despite being only about the size of two cereal boxes. The high quality and durability of this machine are incomparable to any other coffee brewing machine I've ever used. It is slim, and it takes up very little room on my counter, but it's just so awesome I wouldn't even care if it took up my whole counter. You place one coffee pod in the top of the machine and lock it, then easily program what you want using your phone. I make espresso, strong coffee, light coffee, half a cup, a full cup, etc. The possibilities are endless with just one pod and a full water tank in the back. It self-cleans, which is yet another smart aspect of Vertuo Next. I have yet to make any effort to clean it other than wipe it off. This machine is made with 54 percent recycled plastic, and you get to order bags with prepaid labels to recycle all the coffee pods you use by sending them in. After a pod is used, the pod auto ejects into a side holder when you reopen the top to put another pod in. The flavors so far have been endless, delicious, satisfying, and indulgent. I am now officially spoiled when it comes to coffee, and I appreciate my Nespresso Vertuo Next more and more each day!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have absolutely fell in love with the Nespresso Vertuo Next premium coffee machine. I use it every single day it was super easy to setup. I like all of its features down to the small size that can fit anywhere. One of the main things that I love about the machine is when lifting up to add another coffee pod it has these metals rails that lift up the old pod and throws the pod down its little trash compartment. The machine has an app that connects to your phone and from there you can setup, fix or simply see if your machine needs a reset. Now can we talk about the amazing coffee, the machine is able to read the pods so it serves you according to the serving size of the pod. It heats up the water in less than a minute and you will have your delicious rich tasting coffee, latte or cappuccino in your hands without having to drive anywhere. Overall this machine is amazing and will be ordering more coffee!
We bought the machine because of Nespresso. Machine works well and get freshly brewed barista coffes at home. Very convenient and highku recommended. Machine does need maintenance and cleaning quite often. During a 6-month period had to contact twice customer service for issues like restarting and helping with sound which were solved without additional hassle.
After three replacements of my Veruo Next with Areoccino 3, I suggest you avoid purchasing Vertuo Next... my original and all three replacement machines leaked underneath, this leaking was especially bad during the cleaning cycle. I had to accept my fourth machine with leaking as the warranty period is based on the warranty expiry of the original machine and my original machine warranty expired just weeks after my third replacement machine arrived... I had to setup my fourth machine to operate over a tray to catch leaking water. This looks ugly and takes up significant flat surface space (bad) but its much easier than mopping up water and drying up underneath the machine. Then, the little bucket that holds the capsule started cracking up. Initially, a small crack appeared; then a piece broke away, resulting in coffee leaking into the catcher basket. I called Nespresso again, asking whether a part was available to replace the existing bucket. Nespresso evaluated the breakage using their remote viewing via remote viewing on my mobile phone camera. The person was very sweet, and they agreed it didn't look good and suggested I could send in my machine for a paid evaluation and repair as Nespresso doesn't sell spare parts, and also offered a paid repair which I declined.
So disappointed. Had continued issue with water pump malfunction. Had to send 2 back while in warranty. Now the 3rd one has kicked it in too! Previously I had an original Citi and had it for 6 years before it had to be retired. Now I'm wondering is it worth getting it repaired. Or to just try something else. When the coffee machines were made of metal that was great but since it changed to recycled plastic quality has been sacrificed. Yes I get trying to be sustainable but at what expense? Then amount of returns due to faulty parts is adding to the landfill, which you guys pride on trying to reduce.
