This is a perfect kit for a newbie builder. Great directions, easy build and I was done in 15 minutes. I did rescale the item to fit in with my mini city. Easily done, looks great. Perfect gift for a new builder. Price point was excellent.

My son loves it.
The roof attachment is weak and comes off easily but that doesn't bother my son. He snaps it back on and continues to play. It's super cute. Will buy more from the company.
