I placed this product on a personal vehicle. That vehicle was stolen and I was able to give the police the precise GPS location. They have apprehended the thief after a police chase. I just added a second unit and the customer service Airish was very helpful.

okay I've used this for a few months now and i like it for the most part. purchased this to keep track of an older vehicle, for just in case purpose. Installation was pretty straightforward, connect red wire to positive side of the battery and connect the black wire to a ground point. the wires provided aren't long enough to make rhis device inconspicuous, so i cut and spliced wire so that i could place it somewhere it couldn't be seen. once connected. the device is receiving power and sending it's signal. Functionality wise, logging into and setting up the device was seemless. downloading the app was easy and it helps with single point access of the device. once on the app you sre presented with a location of the device. You click on it and you see the actual location where you can zoom into or out. if the device is moving, that will be reflexed onto the app. Perimeters you can see are speed, time, location. There are other features you can set up/have options to like Geo-fence. My mark down is that there are times the device will reflect that it at a location but it's not. It shows the it crossed an area i know there isn't a road for it to travel. so accuracy can be clitchy. There are times, there isn't any data on travel or its actual location. Guessing that's when its loss connection with whatever cell tower. Last thing to mention is that it will let you know if the connections have been tempered with. So if the battery wires is disconnected, you'll get a notification. Overall, I'm happy with this product, the purchase and delivery, and the support. I highly recommend it, if you are in need of a hard-wired hands-off system.

Anytime you make a huge investment in buying a car, you want to protect your investment. This little device gives me the comfort of knowing that my car is where I parked it. With live updates that keep you in the know with the ease of using your cell, tablet, etc.

Device is priced right but subscription for service is outrageous would not recommend
