I bought BrickHouse Livewire Volt GPS to track my vehicles. Adding more GPS trackers was seamless. I contacted tech support via text message, and within a minute I was assigned a representative named Czarmaine. She helped me add additional GPS trackers to my current account very quickly. She was very helpful and explained in detail all their monthly plans and helped me take advantage of their multi-device discount. I am happy with the devices and look forward to using them to track more vehicles.

I placed this product on a personal vehicle. That vehicle was stolen and I was able to give the police the precise GPS location. They have apprehended the thief after a police chase. I just added a second unit and the customer service Airish was very helpful.

I bought this particular GPS device for the price point in addition to the range of different capabilities BrickHouse offers. What was expected though was when I got the device I hooked it up (super easy) directly to the truck battery and created my account. Well, I must've messed up the password so I couldn't log in. I reached out using the help feature on the texting platform and got Mervin right away. He was extremely helpful, got me logged in right away! Usually with this size company, it's a hassle to get anything done especially with accounts and passwords but Mervin was a breeze. Outstanding service and the GPS locator works great, does exactly what I got it for and then some. Thanks, BrickHouse and Mervin for helping me out!

I had to add a new unit to my account and couldn't figure it out. I went to the chat feature in the app and this really helpful guy named Kevin was all over it. My need was handled quickly and efficiently. Thanks, Kevin and BrickHouse for not only delivering a great product but great service after the sale.

I paid for that ping/update every 5 seconds. Geo mark notify me as soon as I leave the Geo zone. I had my mechanic install it and he spliced it into a main power line so it can be hidden which I prefer. I haven't utilized all the features yet and some feature I don't understand. All in all, I would recommend this GPS with the $50 or $30 subscription. I'm happy with this GPS.

I like the product a lot, it is really accurate as well. And I'm just a novice and did some tweaking in the settings and it literally has so many settings and adjustments, it's insane. But just right out of the box worked flawlessly. And is a great peace of mind. Heidee, a customer service rep there was also a huge help and got me straightened away. Thanks, Heidee!

At first, I doubted the system because I didn't know how to set it up but when I called them and they walked me through the steps, I could tell anybody a 100% grade system recommended to anybody I would also like to thank Airish in the review as the person who assisted

The ease of installation and the peace of mind of knowing where the truck is in real time make it the option for me. There is also a quick response to any need for customer service such as Airish, it was quick and easy. I am planning on buying two more units because they are very easy on the wallet.
