I love this product so much. It was super easy to install. You look for your OBD reader in your car, just simply insert it in. You are done. I got this for my family for peace of mind so I can make sure my daughters are safe. They have to travel far to college. I had some issues logging in and a rep responded right away. Kelvin was very helpful. He walked me through everything and how to set up the app on my phone. Thank you BrickHouse for now being a part of my family. Now I can have a good night's sleep.

I've tried other GPS trackers before to have added security on my car but this tracker beats them all! I had a little trouble with installing it but I spoke with Airish and she helped me see what I was doing wrong and fixed it immediately. Don't waste your money on any other GPS tracker!

Bought this unit for basic vehicle tracking. Very straightforward to set up and use. Just plug it in. This is my second unit and I can say I recommend at least the plus plan. The updates are faster and tracking is more accurate. Upgrading the subscription was very easy as all it took was a quick text to the service department and I had a tech respond within minutes. Great product that connects quickly and works as advertised with great support for the customer.

For the price point the product is worth the money! It works well allowing you to see exactly where and when vehicle is moving. I have had issues where reboot or ping is needed but the best part is their customer service team. As long as they are open you can count on getting the help you need. There are subscription problems without explanation before purchase and the device is parked in the safe. I have not used it, but I will not repeat the purchase from companies that do not inform the customer about the subscription

It came in the mail real quick no it came by FedEx maybe three days I read the instructions but you have to Collett or download the app to your phone I was OK with that but I didn't know it is a monthly plan that you have to get with this the first one star at $29 and it goes up I was just looking for something that i can just have to my phone but it was ok it came in yesterday i added the 29$ one but it still have not got a email to set it up and its another day a waist of my money
