I ordered my unit on a Tuesday. It originally said I would get it by Fri or Mon the following wweek. I was pleasantly surprised when it actually arrived 2 days later. Installing the unit was pretty simple, but I know my way around basic car installations. Activated the unit online and within, I think 2 hours, it was all set. It does exactly what it says it does. Still playing around with the different features on their website, but overall pretty satisfied with my purchase.

I have been a BrickHouse Security customer for well over four years now. I have utilized multiple type devices (old style 2G and the 3G Network), primarily battery powered. I was so happy to see BHS transition to the strong 4G Network--superb coverage! I read all the data on the newer 4G wired devices, and considered the environment that the vehicle being tracked operated in, as well as the type of vehicle, before making a choice. I decided on the Livewire GPS Tracker. I have had the Livewire unit functioning for about a month now, and I am very pleased with its performance in all aspects. So far, it has provided 100% dependable performance. It even keeps a signal over a small mountain range (six miles of highway) wherein, previous units would lose/drop the signal and then take a few minutes to recapture it on the other side. Another feature which is great, is the fact that you can see the moment the vehicle ignition is turned on, and then the vehicle idling, until start of movement. Best of all, I no longer have to worry about ensuring the battery is kept charged. I had the device installed at a local reputable car stereo shop, and they had it wired and up working in less than 45 mins. They have App's, which show them the location of the places to tap into the wiring harness, and they used professional wire connectors, rather than just cut into the wire and tape it over. The vehicle is a late model Jaguar, and I have no problem with reception above the glove box, under the dash. Small unit, internal antenna, but this awesome device performs as advertised! I am very happy!! :)

Yes I spoke with Bryan he was very kind and cleared up my issues in record time and directed me where to go if I needed a tutorial on how to navigate through my app etc it was very nice I'm happy & excited to know where my vehicle will be at all times thanks so much Bryan & BrickHouse

I've had this installed in my daughter's car for a few years now. A couple months ago she totaled her car and couldn't tell me where she was. I was able to track her exact location using this! I had peace of mind using this before, but now you couldn't pay me to disconnect it!

It was very easy to just set up and go. Honestly, I forget I put it in there sometimes. The interface works great and is very accurate so far. I am interested as it looks like there are additional discrete...is this a future expansion? Can I merge it into my existing system? It was just super simple and honestly, the product met and went past my expectations so far.

After contacting the support department and reporting a problem in updating the location, they had an excellent solution to the problem and my device is working perfectly, I am really very happy that they got a solution to the issue. works perfectly thank you very much BrickHouse support

So this is an extremely cool product !!! Only issue I had was installation because I don't know anything about cars and the mechanics were confused as to why I was asking them to install this LOL! But otherwise it works JUST as described! It's super cool because you can track everything and not have to link up or recharge anything and it goes straight to your phone or laptop!! It's great especially if the way a car gets stolen you can see EXACTLY where your car is and where the people went with your car which is amazing

Seems good so far. Easy to install if you know how to connect the 3 wires where they need to go. Difficult if you know nothing about wiring and car electronics. Giving 4 stars due to the lack of an external cell antenna option. Would be nice to have it so it can get a little better reception in rural areas. GPS reception seems fine with the built in antenna.

Product is good to track vehicles. Platform easy to use and navigate. Supported app gives easy access to track anytime. Only had this for a week. Mainly used to track company vehicles while on the job and able to see what job sites have been worked. Gives the time and minute to minute details on location, time, stop and go. Reports able to give detailed info or report on stop and go times. Also give speed of the vehicle and able to report if reached a certain speed. read less
