I really like these balls. The issue is they were ordered with my initials and when delivered there were initials on any of the balls.

Don't Expect Any Personalized Text or Logo on Ball
This review is directed toward the purchase and personalization of these golf balls, not regarding the quality of the ball. When ordering the balls, you have the option to personalize them with either text or a logo (graphic). I opted for the graphic. Once you have selected a graphic that matches the size and format specifications, it will accept your graphic and allow you to place the order. If you attempt to use a graphic that does not meet those standards, you will get an error message. Once I had an approved graphic without errors, I was able to submit the order. After a few days the balls arrived via FedEx. To my dismay, no logo/graphic appeared on any of the balls. I contacted customer service via chat and they had no idea why the logo did not make it onto any of the balls. This is a very good price for these e6 golf balls but if I wanted them plain, I could've just gone down to my local Walmart and purchased them there for the same price and had them right away. This was a total bummer after waiting anxiously for them to arrive. Very disappointed! Save yourself the wait and disappointment and just buy the balls at your local Walmart. The graphic/logo personalization does not work and there's no explanation as to why on their end.
