I found these Bridgstone tires to be great on wear. I have over 60,000 miles on them and still have tread. The secret is to keep them inflated to 40 lbs. and rotate and balance them every 5,000 miles. I am preparing to replace them in another 5,000 miles with the same.
Ran these for almost 80,000 miles. Quiet, great handling-I drive 4-5 days/week and didn't realize how much of a difference these tires made until I replaced them with a set of Firestones in the same size (Duelers we're back-ordered in my region for 3-4 weeks)....Big mistake.....no where near the same ride, handling or quiet ride.... Right back to Duelers when the time comes later this year!!!
Had these tires since I bought my Mazda CX9 and only rotated the tires once. I'm going to only replace my front one's first because my back one's are still good and could go about another 5,000 miles. I have 68,990 miles on these tires! No lie! Great tires!
Have 81,000kms on MDX and probably will get 90,000 by the time the wear bars dictate replacement. Highly recommend these tires.
I have read reviews that are not positive on this tire. However, this OE tire came on my 2012 Highlander Limited in a 19 inch diameter, and I have been very satisfied. I do not live near snow or ice, so cannot comment on that aspect. I llive in California on the central coast. On the Highlander, they have provided a comfortable, quiet, well controlled ride that makes the vehicle a joy to drive. I currently have 31,000 miles on them, and expect to top off at about 35,000, not bad for 19 inch tires. Because I like they way they perform on the vehicle and don't want to chance loosing that, will get another set.
These tires came on my suv and I have continue to buy them. I normally have to buy new tires every other year because these tires ware out so quickly. I got my car brand new in 2007 and already have replaced tires about 4-5 times. I have 120,000 miles on my suv now and I do not feel that I should be having to replace these expensive tires when I keep them rotated and filled with he proper air requirements. My car also isn't out of line or anything. I need new tires soon and for the prices their asking per tire, I think for the 6th time around I am going to try Michelin's, which I can get cheaper then these Bridgestones. The tire is very quiet when it's new but I find that the traction isn't great in rain, but is a good tires when driving in snow or ice as long as you go very slow.
These were the manufacturer's tires that came with the our 2010 Maxda CX-9. We purchased the vehicle new and followed the guidelines for tire rotation and inflation. I've been impressed by the traction on wet and snowy road conditions. Rain and standing water on the roads are common in our area. The vehicle rarely hydroplanes. However, the tires started regularly losing tire pressure in all 4 tires at 40,000 miles. Now at 43,000 miles we are needing to replace the tires. We mostly drive this vehicle on short trips under 10 miles within the metropolitan area. We drive conservatively. I'm disappointed by how quickly the tires wore out and the poor gas mileage. I would not recommend these tires.
I purchased my vehicle brand new in Feb, 2013. I have rotated the tires and maintained their air pressure since I have owned the car. I have 36,000 miles on my car and they now need to be replaced. They do not last long at all. I will not be purchasing Bridgestone tires for my vehicle. It would be a complete waste of money.
I replaced 4 tires in 2011 and drove only 28,000 miles on these tires. Now these wear out again. I bought the tries with the assumption that there are 40,000 or 65,000 mile warranty. But I found out from the tech, that these tires have 0 mile warranty. So they could not help me with the warranty. I spent $1,000 for the replacement. Now I have to cough up with another 1K for the new tires. I will not purchase this model again.
Granted they are a quiet tire but the mileage is ridiculous. Worse tire I've ever had as far as mileage goes.
