Great tasting summer sausage. Great on a charcuterie board with broccoli, cauliflower and your favorite cheeses with Rosemary and olive oil Triscuits. Your charcuterie board will be a hit and don't forget the Marzetti dill veggie dip to go with it. Yum yum yum!!!

I love the taste and texture of this summer sausage. It was the perfect snack for me. I don't like that it goes bad after a few weeks other than that I loved it.

To be honest, I didnt even try this item. However, I am still giving an excellent review. I am basing my review on the fact that my boyfriend ate the ENTIRE sausage before we even got home from grocery shopping. I tried to ask him if he liked it and what he thought about it. He answered me, but it wasnt clear because he was too busy shoveling in more sausage. I think at one point I heard.. "mmmm is good" between bites.

I've purchased this twice and if you want cheap, sort of summer sausage flavor, then this is for you. To me it is a very bad generic version of real summer sausage without all the real flavors. Unimpressed. Love other Bridgford products but this is below average taste. Other brands of summer sausage are Much better. It's unlikely that I will purchase this again. Not recommended.

First time trying Bridgford brand and was pretty disappointed. Can't tell if the sausage was made this way or it started to spoil, but it had a watery secretion outside the casing. It smelt artificially weird and the texture was rubbery. Didn't risk getting sick so I tossed it out.

This is the worst sumner sausage I've bought, it's course ground and 75% fat, it leaves that slimy film in your mouth because of the extreme fat content, I bought their beef bites and love them, best I've ever had, but whoever is in charge of the summer sausage line needs to be fired! Total disgrace to this company, if you want to compete with the other producers this ain't it. Start over! I threw mine in the trash after 2 slices. My wife agreed too, and that something!!!

I read a bad review that describes exactly what I got. The vacuum pack was loose, the meat was mush. This is not the normal for Bridgeford summer sausage. I was going to taste it but I don't trust it. I wonder what happened? Sausage is normally solid and cuts into slices but this mush is gross. Doesn't have a spoiled odor to it but it is unappetizing!

This summer sausage did not appeal to me at all. The taste seemed a little 'off'. I usually get Johnsonville, which was unavailable, and it is always firm %26 robust - the best flavor ever. This, not so much. A little too greasy and sharp tasting. I'm already cutting it up for "dog treats" so it won't be a total loss.

this product tasted sour! Bad , it was gifts i don't have pics. But this was ruined Need refunded or send new please. I'm legally blind and can't pick it up it's delivered.
