Not as hoped or expected
The loaves were small demi-loaves. Enen baking 3 together doesn't give you a decent sized loaf. Also, didn't rise nearly as expected. Flavor and texture just okay. Over-all a disappointment.

worst dough ever
I couldn't get this dough to proof and rise. I am an avid baker and know how to work with dough. But there is something wrong with this dough
