I'm not a medical person, so I don't think my assessment of the quality or effectiveness of this product is valuable. I take it for eye health. The price seems right for the contents.

I ordered this for my mother who recently started taking bilberry for her macular degeneration. At a recent eye exam, the fluid behind the eye had lessened. Her eye care professional stated there is no clinical evidence that bilberry improves the disease, but to keep taking it as the fluid did improve from her prior visit. We will see in another six weeks if the fluid improves. If it doesn't improve, hopefully it will at least be no worse.
