First of all, it was reasonably priced and easy to swallow. So far so good, it doesn't upset my stomach. I really haven't taken this supplement that long, but I believe it's going to do what is advertised to do.

L Lysine is an amino acid needed for growth and repair of tissues. As I have had a few medical issues lately, my doctor said it would benifit me to take this. Only have taken just a few so far, but no side effects are observed.

Did the job, I suppose. I didn't notice much difference after taking these. But then, im on a ton of other supplements to, so that may be why.

I purchased these for our cats but the pills are huge. I decided not to try to give it to them when I would not take it myself. I am returning this item.

I ordered twice never recieved it.. had to cancel order out and order again.. happens with every other order when I order this brand....after a day or so it goes to delayed and stays on delayed for days like they lost it
