The price is good, but I'm not convinced the product is truly what it says it is. Either that, or it's not in a form where one can properly metabolize it for the body's use of it. 400mg of Mg citrate SHOULD be a powerful dose. I'm not experiencing that, sadly..🤷🏼‍♀️

I tested it as recommended - it does not dissolve in water indicating that it is not Magnesium Citrate but Magnesium Oxide. Also measured pH, and it is also consistent with Magnesium Oxide and NOT with Magnesium Citrate. So this is a cheap Magnesium Oxide falsely labeled as more expensive Magnesium Citrate. Returned it for refund. I recommend buying from more reputable source and testing what you get - just google it or ask AI how to do it.

I like Magnesium Citrate because it is easier for the body to absorb. I like this brand because it is 400 milligrams (in 2 pills) a good amount for a day. Sometimes I take it just one at a time if I'm eating small meals for example. It's easier on the system and more likely you will get full benefit from it. also, fairly small pills.

Great value and works just as well as the previous brand I was purchasing. My only complaint is that some of the pills were broken.

i use this for nighly leg cramps and since beginning i have none. i have used other types and this is the best.
