I only gave 4 stars for battery life because I haven't needed to charge it yet. I've had it for pi think a couple months and it works nicely for weighing coins or any other small objects I decide to weigh out of curiousity, it has a number of divpfferent types of weight, but the only one I've used is grams. It comes with a weight for calibration and the calibration is super easy. The case feels durable, and I dropped it a couple times by accident (hand spawn due to nerve damage caused me to accidentally drop it a couple times and the case didn't get so much as a light scuff mark on it. It's similar to a low end hard case for a cellphone in how it feels, and behaves like the case I have on my cell phone so I suspect it will hold up well longterm. I've tossed it in my backpack, and taken it with me a few times and it didn't mess up the calibration at all so it's pretty sturdy and not overly temperamental in re to staying calibrated. Having the calibration weight that fits inside the case that the protects the scale makes it easy to not lose the weight. The bottom half of the case is part of the case that makes up the bottom of the scale so the bottom of the case and scale are basically one piece which I also like since it makes it less likely to misplace the case for example. I do recommend it in that it is consistent from coun to coun and is able to weigh really light object… a feather didn't register on it, but if your item is heavier than a feather you shouldn't have an issue with it working.

Turned it on. Checked with test weight, and it was calibrated out of the box. Started using it with no issues. Needed something to measure small amounts of tea and spices. Sensitive enough for that.

This little scale is perfect for weighing small items. It comes in a nice durable case and is easy to use.

The scale is really easy to use. The display is large enough to see and it had a lot of different weight measurements for weighing several different things.

Sturdy costruction. Easily readable display. Rapid response for calibration, tare function and weighing. Uses 2 standard AAA batteries. I bought 2 units so I could have a spare. The LCD display on one unit did not function properly, so I returned it to my local WalMart and was issued a refund for that unit. I may order a replacement 2nd unit in the near future so I can have a functioning spare scale.

I'd recommend it for some people that want something that's sturdy. I personally think that it's built bulky and heavy. I guess it's kind of cool that it comes with the weight but it adds weight to the scale.

Package came very quickly, it was already calibrated, the only downfall the lid was broke. The pivot are plastic, but I got it for the weight. I can accept a little defect.

It's an inexpensive scale. It's just not accurate enough for ammo reloading because in the grains unit setting, you lose a decimal place (only available down to 0.1 grain). Accuracy compared to two other scale is all over the place. The Lyman pocket scale is more accurate.

Measurements are not accurate. You MUST put whatever you want to weigh right in the very center %26 even with doing that the scale is still not accurate. You have to place something behind the lid of the case when putting on a flat surface to weight items. The case doesn't have support %26 when it flaps back the scales do not set flat. Battery life is not good. I do like that it does display the battery life %26 that is about it!
