Bright Guard 2.0 Adjustable Night Sleep Aid Bruxism Mouthpiece Mouth Guard

This is the 5th product I've purchased, and it by far the most effective. I can sleep through night without awaking up in the middle of night. My family says they no longer hear my snoring anymore. Only part I don't like is that my tongue feels a bit uncomfortable touching the middle hole opened for airway. I highly recommend this product to anyone who suffers from snoring.

I think I have mild to medium obstructive sleep apnea. First night in neutral position (no advancement) somewhat uncomfortable and I snored a bit quieter than usual. I used a microphone app om my old ipod to record the sound of my sleep. Second night I advanced the lower tray I think to 2mm. This was quite uncomfortable. Took out after 4 hours. My snoring was less loud. Third night less uncomfortable and snoring was same but kept it in all night. Forth night I advanced the tray to 4mm. This was more uncomfortable but tolerable. I took out after 6 hours, but my snoring had stopped, but I heard deep breathing. This was not snoring. Fith night felt a little uncomfortable, but my snoring had stopped, and I sometime heard a breathing through mouth that was clear and smooth. This device works and I know it will feel more comfortable in the future as I become accustomed to it.

easy to set up, took couple nights to get used to but it really works. I used one of the generic apps for snoring recording at night and I was at 145 level not sure what this number means but with bright guard that number went to 70, my wife says I still kind of snore but really quiet, and also, I do not stop breathing for like 15 seconds like I used to. I can breathe and my nights are slept better. Highly recommended.

Easy to mold and fits great! I would definitely purchase this again.

For the price it is great. I get about 10 months or more from it. It beats paying my dentist $1300 for another one.

It was easy enough to mold but the hard plastic of the night guard put a lot of pressure on my teeth, especially the front ones so when I went to try to move them in my sleep to grind, there would be a lot of pressure and pain with it trying to keep them in place. I will be switching over to a rubber one instead for this reason.
