Good Product
The product is excellent and very good value for the price. The only issue I had is the small tool that was on the list of parts that were to be in the box was missing. Which I assume was the Torx driver. The front rail needed an Alan key ( which luckily I had) but the back rail needed a Torx and it wasn't in the box so I had to go buy a small set at Home Depot for $10, which was a bit frustrating. but still excellent product good value and I would recommend this product. Also I made a small mistake in my own address and ASG staff picked it up, (not even sure how they knew the apartment number was missing) and they called me and corrected it before it was sent. That to me is exceptional service.

Roof rack is good for the price. The installation instructions are terrible, which is why I took off a star.
