The product is good, but the rear bar is too long for my 2018 Rav4. I had to cut off 1/4" with a grinder, drilled a new hole and cut thread into it, otherwise the bar would not fit.

Two tries to get the correct crossbars for 2018 RAV4 and neighter correct. When the replacement for the front piece which was decidedly to small arrived, it was clearly marked "rear" and also too small. I had sent the measurements with the request for replacement. I expanded the piece sent decided that if it fit, two rear pieces might do the trick. It STILL was too small even on expanded settings. So, I loojked at the other side which had two screws and saw that if I expanded the two screws and used just one tightly fastened, then this "rear" bar could work as a front bar. It seems to be tight and let's hope it works. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. but the actual order was never filled correctly. I don't understand why the correct back AND front for this model couldn't be sent. I have paid full price but jury-rigged which doesn't see quite right. Let's just hope it holds when I attach the luggage basket.
