This is the best star LED projector for such a low price, that I use every night. It has color options, can rotate or not, projects stars, planets, space ships %26 more all over my bedroom, all night long, I am thrilled with it. I have detailed professional projectors that show planet %26 galaxy details, this one does not but it is what I want when I'm trying to relax, it is just a very cool fun animation of space, spinning gently around my bedroom at night or during the day too. If you place it on a floor, it can fill up a pretty decent size space with projected images. Don't hesitate, your going to love this great well made inexpensive projector.
I got it for my child and they love it. It is so bright enough that they will not be afraid of the dark, but not so bright enough that it will keep them awake. It is also very easy to use. I might just buy another one for my niece and nephew.
Works well, for those saying it does not project make sure you take off the white lid for the visual on the ceiling . The white lid is for the night light feature .
Very flimsy and buttons are very touchy, have to push in a certain angle and several times for it to work or switch colors. The top for it with the planets fell off as soon as it was taken out of the box, had to super glue it on. Not recommended if you have toddlers unless you put it somewhere they can't get it.
My daughter has loved this since the day she was born, can't go to bed without it. Sad part is she's 16 months old and I've been through 5 of them and just had to buy a 6th one. Only lasts about 2 months before the gears that make it go around strip out. I guess for the price you can't complain but jeez you'd think they'd make it last a tiny bit longer
It is very pretty and worked great for about a week then the motor that makes it turn, quit working. My son still loves it, but it is disappointing that it no longer turns. The colors are great.
It's just a projection of the same image. I expected to see more than just the one image. On top of that the motor that rotates the scene stopped working. There doesn't appear to be anything binding. It's like the motor lost most of it's power and will not start without assistance. Even with assistance it's very difficult to start but once it starts turning it will continue until stopped again. I'm not positive it's the motor even though it definitely seems to be. Maybe the driver voltage has somehow decreased. My wife just threw out the box and I've been trying to locate where I bought it and the date. I only bought it in the middle of last month. Not even a months use out of it. I will try to contact the distributor or Walmart for a replacement.
Shoddy design. It is had to tell what this projector is like from just the description, so here goes. there are 3 buttons, and it can be plugged in or be powered by AA batteries. One button puts on white light, one button adds colors and changes which combination of colors, and one makes it rotate with an apparently underpowered motor that makes an alarming grinding noise even when plugged into the wall. So rotation doesn't work, or something is wrong with ours even though it's brand new. You can put a cover that puts the light into the shape of planets and a cover that is just plain white and diffuses the colors. The planet color is a flimsy plastic that dents easily just from picking it up. The white cover is more sturdy. This is not worth the ten dollars that we paid.
Loud. Doesn't project the light at all. Even in a completely dark room with no windows, the light is poor and barely makes the walls glow let alone actually show images. Not to mention the sound! So loud! Definitely not worth the hassle. It feels cheap, looks cheap, and just doesnt do the job.
Doesn't show the patterns on the walls like I expected and is difficult to turn on and off, definitely poorly made and it's more aggravating than it's worth.
