We absolutely love this chain! We looked at high end jewelry stores, and honestly love this one the best out of all the ones we looked at. The color is beautiful and it has such a pretty shine to it. My husband has been complimented on it several times. He wears it every day and it has held up well so far. Highly recommend!

I got this item on clearance for a steal, so I can't complain regardless, but for someone who pays sticker price on this if you want the big gold look without the price this is a good option, when I sold this necklace the buyer was in shock when he put it on the scale and seen how light it was because it looks to be a 5 gram necklace and only weighs in around 2-3

Ok first off yes this is a beautiful piece and my husband put it three days in and days out of sweat showers and a little soap and water and it's back to new but the durability if not careful can cost you your chain and a break so word from the wise get the Walmart insurance plan with it and I promise you will not be disappointed at all about this product I've had it twice now the first one my toddler got ahold of it on hubbies neck and bam it was broke but because he had the insurance he was able to get it fix/replace so go Walmart!

On sale so good price. Not sure on quality yet. Will see how it holds up

Good price, but i'm not sure the chain was real. After a few weeks, it began to turn more of a copper color versus the bright yellow gold. It was when I first purchased it. I bought a gold jewelry cloth and tried to polish it, but it never would return back to the bright yellow color. It was upon purchase. I returned the chain and spent a little more money at a true jewelry store. I purchased a 22 inch yellow gold chain from Walmart, but it ended up being copper gold Ish..

I returned this item the quality was not accurate according to the website information was misleading and disappointing I recommend not making a purchase for this item steer clear I'm glad I could return this item but my local store made me wait over 35 mins to verify the item I returned was accurate not to mention I'm disabled and the staff at customer service were not professional at all....

it looked too shiny and didn't feel as heavy as it should have. so I immediately toke it to Circle D Pawn shop and asked them to check it with tags still attached. the necklace moved slightly under the magnet. the amount of movement indicated it was only gold plated on the surface, not 10k as advertised. I doubt that Walmart will let an honest review be left on there website.

i never recieved my packages. i knew i shouldve never had it delivered. i want a replacemnet or a refund that i can pick up in store. ill file a police report if i have to and my attorney says im definitely eligible for a replacemnet simce i paid for services i never recieved. i will dispute with debit card if i have to but would like either a refund or one i can pick up ik store. im highly upset with the negligence of the driver and the photo u cant see a thing and both my neighbors said they didnt recoeve a package so did the driver just keep it for themselves. please help assist and ill delete this comment . i just bought a 4.85 mm rope chain 10k for $860 last sunday and was happy with that purchase and it was from same seller. please arvise on the next steps you guys are going to take yo rectify this so i can pass it along to my attorney. thank you

It broke and when I went to pawn it I found out it wasn't real gold and I called but nobody will get back with me. I bought a gold necklace from billion dollar Walmart and it's fake

i bought this necklace last week..wore it twice and it broke in the middle. there was no pendant or charm on it, it wasnt pulled or tangled..no reason for it to break.
