Broken Lobster Claw Upon Receipt
The lobster claw was broken when it was un-boxed. It's shiny as can be, lightwieght, but broken none the less. I'd like it replaced but I can find how to get a replacement at all, just a refund and I can't find it in my local store to exchange it.
