Very easy to use. I like the easy way to clean my teeth and gums without hurting me.

Must have for chemo
my three year old is on chemo for leukemia, and he was having a problem with mucositis and bleeding gums so that brushing his teeth became painful. This is the softest toothbrush we have found; even softer than the ultra soft baby toothbrushes. It has made a huge improvement in the bleeding, and doesn't seem to be adding to his discomfort.

Awkward to use
Awkward to use with the way you have to twist it to reach spots. Top actually slid and cut my gum which is the absolute last thing I wanted out of this “gentle” toothbrush.
