Does not work, no customer service
I installed exactly how they required it to be done and then tried to test it and well the door would not open or close to test. It didn't even close last night either. Customer service number rings busy always no answer and e-mail well so far no answer to that either. Customer service finally answered the phone and the man who helped me was very nice and told me a few things that were not in the manual. Time needs to be in military hours and pressing both arrow buttons at once gets you to the menu again. So far it closed this evening, going to see if it opens in the am. I have it set to light.

Doesn't feel predator proof
The string that pulls the door open and shuts it could easily be cut and the door easily lifted by a predator.
