Brio 430 Black Bottom Load Water Cooler Dispenser, Hot, Cold & Room Temperature, 10.5" Dispense Height for 5-Gallon Bottles

This was super easy to set up and it's easy to use. It does not filter - instead, you buy water and load it in the bottom, stick the giant metal "straw" in it, and it draws water to the faucet for your use. Our water is bad here, so this was the best, low-expense option.

This water dispenser is what I was looking for and it has exceeded my expectations. Having on demand hot and cold water is so great. The hot water dispenser has a safety feature where you have to hold down another button for hot water to be dispensed. We have a curious little boy in the house, so this feature gives us peace of mind that he won't get burned. The water is hot, and makes it so much quicker to make hot tea, hot chocolate or instant coffee.

Love it!! Made our lives so much easier with the bottom loading and three water temperatures. I could easily refill our large water pitchers as well. The neighbors had one and said they loved theirs too.

This is a super nice water dispenser. Having three temperatures to choose from is nice, and I enjoy how quiet the water dispenses. Was hesitant to go with Brio over Primo, but so far, so good!

I like the way the water gets hot and cold 🥶 quick. The unit makes a good bit of noise at times due to the fact the bottle is at the bottom instead of the top. Overall, so far so good 😊

It does what it is supposed to - dispense cool and hot water efficiently. It is a bit noisy, and would be nice if it was a little cheaper. Aside from that, good purchase - and it was better than waiting for over a month for one that was $20 less.

This is beautiful with the sleek shape and matte black color. However, it isn't as user friendly as the Primo. That had switches for the cold and hot, not just the hot, and this told me it had a night light and I have yet to find that- just all three annoying indicator lights on in the front. The Primo had three spouts one for each temp, this has one, which might just be an adjustment for me personally. The Primo was sturdier feeling. But I don't regret my purchase, because this is overall very pretty, I just wish the lights worked differently.

It's pretty noisy when its cooling which I don't prefer because this one is in our bedroom. (HATE running out of water upstairs and then have to walk allll the way down to get water) lol! For the price though I think it's good! Looks good too. Just the noise is a bit much

Showed up broken. Walmart refused to let me return it when they had just delivered it that day and I pulled it out of the box broken. Not only were half the clips that hold the front plastic to the body were snapped off it also had a snapped off wire on the inside causing the pump to not run at all so it just did not move any water. Since Walmart is worthless and won't take accountability for broken items they sell I took it all apart and repaired it myself. This is an absolute joke I have to tear apart and repair a BRAND NEW out of the box unit because Walmart is a joke and will not do anything for me. Don't buy anything from Walmart because if you have any kind of issue they will give you the run around and do anything they can to not give you your money back. Never again. I'd rather set my money on fire

There are 3 temperature choices, hot , cold, and room temperature. The hot is great, but the cold comes out the same temp as the room temperature water. Very unhappy with this product.
